The stresses and strains of modern day life are greater today than ever before. Yet we do little or nothing to relieve the pain of such a pace. If we used our cars or household appliances in the same way they just wouldn't last! Nearly everyone I ask has never sat down for a minute to listen to the rythm of their body, let alone get in some good meditation time. In fact, it is widely acknowledged that hardly any of us ever will unless someone helps us take the time.
That's where I hope I can help you, whatever your stress, problems or issues, I'll take the time you need to overcome bad or unproductive feelings or habits and help you move forward the way you would wish.
